Glutationska sintaza (EC 6.3.2.3, glutationska sintetaza, GSH sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom gama-L-glutamil-L-cistein:glicin ligaza (formira ADP).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
